A Swiss by nationality and Indian by origin. Yoga has always been a part of my life. Growing up in India, I was naturally connected to its rich traditions and teachings. But I truly experienced the power of yoga during some of the most challenging times in my life.
There were moments when I faced restless nights, emotional ups and downs, and physical changes that left me searching for balance and calm. Yoga became my steady support — helping me manage anxiety, build strength, and find peace in both my body and my mind.
This personal journey inspired me to do formal yoga teacher training to deepen my knowledge.
