ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Arti Maheshwari,
Founder of YogArt

A Swiss by nationality and Indian by origin. Yoga has always been a part of my life. Growing up in India, I was naturally connected to its rich traditions and teachings. But I truly experienced the power of yoga during some of the most challenging times in my life.

There were moments when I faced restless nights, emotional ups and downs, and physical changes that left me searching for balance and calm. Yoga became my steady support — helping me manage anxiety, build strength, and find peace in both my body and my mind.

This personal journey inspired me to do formal yoga teacher training to deepen my knowledge.

At YogArt, I’ve created a warm and welcoming space where you can build strength, find balance, and reconnect with yourself — all at your own pace.

With over 10 years of experience, I blend the wisdom of ancient hatha yoga with the knowledge of modern science.

From menstruation to menopause, from high-stress careers to motherhood, my sessions are thoughtfully designed to meet you exactly where you are.

In my classes I combine Hatha yoga with dynamic moves, Vinyasa flow, Breathwork (pranayama) and Yoga Nidra—a powerful meditation technique

These sessions are rejuvenating blend of practices designed for:

  • Building strength and improving balance
  • Enhancing flexibility and joint mobility
  • Supporting hormonal health, reducing stress and anxiety
  • Improve sleep quality and pelvic floor strength
  • Cultivating mindfulness, self-care, and confidence

Breathwork (pranayama), Meditation & Faceyoga for everyone

These sessions focus only on breathwork and meditation.

Meditation is the habitual process of training your mind to focus and redirect your thoughts.

  • It reduces stress and improves hormonal balance
  • Creates a positive mood and enhances self-discipline
  • Promotes healthy sleep patterns and increases pain tolerance

Pranayama is the practice of breath regulation. Prana means life energy (breath), and yama means control.

  • Promotes relaxation and mindfulness
  • Strengthens the connection between body and mind
  • Activates the parasympathetic nervous system
